MinutesLoop (“we”) collects the information you choose to give us — for example your name and email when you join the waitlist or create an account — so we can run the product and contact you about access.

What we collect

• Waitlist: email, and optional name/company.
• Accounts: name, email, authentication data, and workspace content you upload (e.g. meeting minutes).
• Technical: standard server logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

To provide MinutesLoop, send launch/invite emails, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
