These terms govern use of the MinutesLoop website and software service, operated by MinutesLoop (“we”, “us”). By using the service or creating an account, you agree to these terms.

The product

MinutesLoop is digital SaaS software that helps teams turn meeting minutes into owned, tracked follow-ups. It is not a human consulting service sold by the hour.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your login secure, and for the meeting content you submit. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or upload unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk. You can delete your account at any time.

Your content

You keep ownership of the meeting minutes, notes, and other content you upload. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to run MinutesLoop for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions and billing

MinutesLoop offers paid per-account subscriptions (Starter, Pro, and Advanced) and, separately, flat $6/mo collaborator seats. A 14-day trial does not require a card. Paid plans renew automatically for the selected billing period until canceled. Prices are shown before tax; currency and tax are determined by billing country via Paddle.

Each plan includes a cap on workspaces you own. Gift seats on the first paid month (2 / 8 / 20 by plan) apply to invited collaborators, in addition to any seats you purchase.

You may cancel via the billing portal or by contacting us. Paid access continues through the end of the period already paid, unless stated otherwise.

Reseller / Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Data after cancellation

After cancellation or account deletion, we may retain data as described in our Privacy Policy and as required by law.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or data loss arising from use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows the current version. If a change is material, we will tell account holders by email or in the app. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
